Building A Strength Base Phase I is a great place to start your strength journey. This program incorporates a 6 days a week program that hits upper and lower body to ensure allover strength gain. All Movements come with how to videos and a document on how to incorporate cardio into the program if desired.

This program is designed to get you started or give you a taste of what a strength program looks and feels like. It has Mastering the basics is key!
Equipment needed:
Rack or Rig
Pull Up Bar
Cable Machine
Resistance bands
This program is 3 weeks in length. It can be repeated, but if you want to advance faster, progressing to Get Stronger! Phase II is recommended.
