How it Works
Once you purchase your package, you will automatically be directed to download my custom training app, you will also get emails with links to download my training app.
Once you've downloaded the app you will complete your profile setup and my consultation/waiver agreement.
We will then schedule a 60 min 1:1 onboarding call
I will begin customizing your personal training program for you, your training program will begin the Monday following.
FAQ's
Can I make this work on my busy schedule?
Absolutely, most of our clients are working professionals with family and relationship obligations, and thus are incredibly busy.
So, when building my clients’ programs and discussing exercise and training strategies, we consider key lifestyle factors which affect both time and energy availability: How many times per week they can exercise, how much time they have to prepare meals, which meals need to be built around their family dinners and/or work meetings, and so forth.
How do you keep me accountable?
Through weekly and monthly check-ins. You'll get a weekly check-in from me via email or message through my fitness app. Plus 2 times per month we will have a 20-minute video chat!
Can't I get the same results on my own?
It’s great that online workouts have given so many people access to better fitness options, and if you’re consistent about doing the right ones, they can be very effective. But no one-size-fits all program can deliver the same results -- or consistency and accountability -- that a program that’s designed specifically for you can. Working with a coach makes sure you’re doing workouts that will actually deliver the results you want, and gives you the accountability that only comes from working one-on-one with another human. Fitness also needs to be holistic - nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play a huge part in how you reach your goals - and a trainer can help you address all the components you need to succeed.
What if I travel?
The workouts are custom, so travel and equipment during travel will be accommodated for travel.
What if I want to compete?
We can customize your program for any competition from powerlifting, HYROX, Crossfit, or any strength training required by your sport.
Can I do more than just this program?
No, this program is to be executed alone, unless you are a competitive athlete and are working with a running coach or another specific coach.
