The Workout: 

Complete a general warm up:

For example a 10 minute Row at an easy pace

Then complete:

5×5 Stiff Leg Deadlift @ 12-16 KG Kettlebell

5×10 Goblet Sq @ 12-16 KG Kettlebell

5×20 KB Swing @ 16-20 KG Kettlebell

Then:

5 Barbell Back Squat @ 95-135lbs +

5 Box Jump @ 24” Box +

10 Calories on a Fan Bike or Rower

2 min Rest

10 Rounds (so you’ll do this 10 times)

Then, finish off with this:

30 Second Wall Sit +

20 Walking Lunges +

30 Second Wall Sit +

18 Walking Lunges +

30 Second Wall Sit +

16 Walking Lunges +

30 Second Wall Sit +

14 Walking Lunges +

30 Second Wall Sit +

12 Walking Lunges +

30 Second Wall Sit +

10 Walking Lunges +

30 Second Wall Sit +

8 Walking Lunges +

30 Second Wall Sit +
