10 Min @ easy pace cardio

Then:

5 x 100 Meter sprint

Rest 60 sec between each 100 meters

Then:

Rest 2 min

Then:

Triathlon:

500 Meter Ski

50 cal Bike

500 M Row

Time this to see how fast you can go.  If you can do this in 6 minutes you are a beast!!

Then:

Cool down 20 min Cardio @ moderate pace
