2×20 Goblet squat @ 12 kg KB
2×20 Romanian Deadlift

Then:
Back Squat + Front Squat
10-1 Ladder of each at 115 lbs
10 back squat, 10 front squat, 9 back squat, 9 front squat
Done for time
A good time to complete this would be 10 min
Then:
Finish with 100 reps of your favorite weighted ab exercise
ex: weighted knees to elbows, weighted sit ups, weighted ab roll out
