Daily Workout: Sep 23, 2018
Take a day off. Yes I actually said that. I do want to make one thing very clear, you only need to take a day off if you have something to take a day off from. If you train hard all week long you absolutely need rest. This does not apply to anyone who trains 2-3 days a week. If you only train 2-3 days a week and you have an opportunity to train today, flip back through my workouts Monday-Saturday and pick a workout! For those of you who follow my workouts, take a day off. If you beat your body down, all that is going to happen is that you will start to decrease intensity. Your workouts will suffer and training will plateau. Rest, recover, fuel and you will have the ability to crush your workouts this week!
