Recovery practice. If you don’t practice any type of recovery practice I want you to do one today. Get a massage, go on a walk, take a epsom salt bath, wear compression boots, go sit in a hyperbaric chamber, go on a recovery walk, get a Active Release Therapy, acupuncture or chiropractic work done. We all react differently to recovery practices. For example, acupuncture doesn’t do much for me, but dry needling does. I love chiropractic work, but a sauna doesn’t seem to help me much. Try a bunch of different things and find what work for you!
Just do something for yourself and to keep your body healthy today!
