If you are anything like me, you have a busy day today! Full of Halloween activities!

Still not an excuse not to train.

Find 60 min to run, hike, row, bike or swim.

Steady state cardiovascular work at 70-80% Max HR.  This means that you are pushing the envelope the entire 60 min.  If you are a HR person, shoot for 175-180 BPM if you are a RPE person then shoot for 8 on a 10 scale.
