25 Air squat

25 Stiff Leg deadlift

25 Leg Press @ light weight

12/12 Lunges

3 x complete in 15 min

Then:

Work up to heavy back squat

Then:

6 reps x 6 sets Back squat @ 75% 1 RM

Rest 60 sec between sets

Then:

Leg Press (vertical or horizontal work)

8 Reps x 4 sets

go up in weight each round.

Then:

5 reps x 5 sets Weighted Lunges (65-135 lbs)

Then:

Cool Down

20 Min Air bike
