General Warm Up:
5 Min @ Easy Pace Cardio
Then:
2×5 Wall Squat
2×10 Air Squat
2×20 meter Lune
2×5 PVC Pipe Pass Through
Then:
5 Squats @ 50% bodyweight
28 Kettlebell Swing @ 24 KG Kettlebell
18 Box Jumps
3 Rounds For Time (This means set a stop watch and keep track of how long it takes to complete 3 rounds)
Then:
Rest 4 Min
Then:
5 Pull-Up
28 Ball Slam @ 10-25 lb ball
18 Hang Clean @ 45-75 lb barbell
3 Rounds For Time
Then:
Rest 4 Min
Then:
50 Cal Bike
280 Meters Row
180 Meters Ski
3 Rounds for Time
Then:
Cool Down 10 Min @ Easy Pace Cardio
