Cardiovascular Work

 

Today is a great day for Active Recovery.  Try and get outside for 90 min.  Walk, hike, ride a bike, roller blade, up to you just make sure your moving.  Wear a heart rate monitor and keep your BMP around 130.  If you don’t have a monitor then use the “talk test” which means you should be able to talk with ease (no broken sentences due to huffing and puffing).
