Active Recovery.

Today, do something you have always been wanting to try. Maybe it’s a yoga class, or a hiking trail you’ve heard about from a friend.  Get out and do something new!  If there is nothing you can think that you have wanted to try, here are a few ideas.  Look up your local Community Center and go for a swim, throw on some snowshoes and take a hike (you can always rent gear!), put on a pair of roller blades and take them for a spin, or pull out your bike and put a little air in the tires and head out for a while.  Today is a great day to clear the head, while moving the body.
