Full Body HIIT

General Warm Up

10 Min Row @ >2:30/500 Pace (2,000 m in 10 min)

Then:

10 Ball Slam @ 10-20 lb Ball

10 Cal Bike

10 Rounds for time

Then:

5 Man Maker @ 2×20 lb Dumbbells

10 Cal on Bike

10 Rounds for time

Then:

10 KB Clean and Press (single Kettlebell also known as “head cutter”) @ 16-20 kg Kettlebell

10 Cal Bike

10 Rounds for time

Cool Down

10 Min Row @ <2:30/500 m Pace (2,000 m in 10 min)

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: For the weighted movement, take your time and make sure to pay attention to form, but don’t rest during the set.  For the cardio, go hard!  Get it done with as fast as possible and rest for 10-15 seconds before starting the next round.

 

*If you do not have a fan bike, you can Row or Ski for 10 cal, or run for 15-20 Seconds All Out.
