Beginner: 16 kg Kettlebell for Squat. Use 45 lb bar for Lunges
Intermediate: 20 kg Kettlebell for Squat. Use 65 lb for Lunges
Advanced: 24 kg Kettlebell for Squat. Use 95 lb for Lunges
