If you don’t ride bikes, today would be the day to do it.  If you don’t go swimming, today is the day to do it.  If you don’t run, today is the day to do it.  If you don’t row, today is the day to do it.

Let today be the day you try something new! Use a piece of equipment, visit the local Community Center or just get outside and try something you have never done before.  You may surprise yourself and really enjoy something you never thought you would.  Keep some intensity and complete 90 Minutes of Cardiovascular activity @ 75-80% MHR.
