Daily Workout: July 29, 2018
Rest and Recover.
Take one day out of the week where you can rest and recover. For me, that day is Sunday. That doesn’t mean to stay in the house and do nothing. Foam roll, get massage, sit in epsom salt bath, go on a walk, just do something to rest and get ready for the week to come. Body work is so important, make sure you take time to work on mobility and restoration.
