Daily Workout: July 15, 2018
Today it a day for rest and recovery. If you can schedule a massage, a yoga class, or some sort of restorative hike, today would be the day to do it!
We are on vacation and we decided to go downtown and walk the city. We didn’t bring a stroller, so I carried Jax around, which was a lot of weighted walking! (I say that, but we forgot the stroller and I was stuck carrying a 30 lb toddler! lol!) It turned into a great workout!
