This can be done on a rower, skierg or running

30 seconds “Work”

90 seconds “Rest”

Each 30 second “work” player must complete a certain meter requirement.

90 second “rest” can be complete rest

Beginner start at 120 Meters

Intermediate start at 125 meters

Advanced start at 130 meters

Each round player must increase 1 meter each round.  If you go up by 2 meters, you can not go back down.
