Then:

1 Pull up

2 Push up

3 Toes to bar

4 Goblet squat

5 Ball Slam

6 Stiff Leg Deadlift

7 Push Press @ 2 x 20 lb DB

8 Box Jump on 24″ box

9 Bent over row

10 Burpee

11 Cal Bike

12 Deck Squat

13 Frog Hop

14 KB Swing

15 Cal Row or Ski

How to complete this workout:

You start at 1.

Then you start again at 1 then complete 2

Then you start at 1 and complete 2 and 3,

Then you start again at 1, complete 2,3 and 4

Etc…

Until you get all the way through.  Remember before going on to complete a new station, you must start back at 1.
