Take a day to rest and recover.  Why? Without recovery you lose your ability to go hard.  There is a middle ground called “Junk Intensity” that I have seen so many people stuck in.  It is when you are going hard enough to get beaten down, but not hard enough to actually improve.  If you don’t crush yourself, then let yourself heal, you won’t make real progress.  I take Sunday off because I always have heavy legs on Monday.  So I come in Monday feeling fresh and ready to lift hard!
