General Warm Up
Dynamic:
25 Goblet Squat @ 35 lg KB
25 Romanian Deadlift @ 50 lb KB
25 Hamstring curl (machine or banded)
25 Cable weighted ab crunch @ 80-100 lbs
4 rounds
complete in 15 min
Then:
10-1 Back Squat
Go up in weight each round.
If you are a beginner, use the bar for first round and go up 5-10 lbs each round.
If you are advanced start at 95 lbs. go up 5 lb each round
Then:
10/10 Weighted Lunges at a weight that challenges you (65-115 lb)
+
10 Box Jumps at 20-24” box
10 Rounds
Complete as fast as possible. Should take 15 Min
Then:
Cool Down 1 Mile jog at moderate pace.
