25 Romanian Deadlift @20 kg KB

25 Lunge @ No weight

4 x no rest

complete in 15 min

Then:

10 Back Squats @ 45 lb bar

8 Back Squats @ 75 lb bar

Then:

100 Back Squat

Beginner use 45-65 lb

Intermediate use 95 lb

Advanced use 115 lb

If you break, you must immediately complete 10 Burpee Pull-Ups and without rest, continue with the squats.

Then:

Abs

100 knees to elbow

100 Leg Raises (use plate on feet if possible)

Cool Down
