Daily Workout: June 3, 2018
Sunday is a day of rest. But try not to sit on the couch all day, you will feel better if you move around a bit but don’t “exercise” today. Do some pull-up’s on the playground, walk the dog, walk your spouse, or just walk around the block (or mall). Enjoy your day away from strict routine. This would also be a great time to get your food prepared for the week. Go to the grocery store and get some healthy foods you enjoy. Happy Sunday!
